Why SMEs often overpay for their cloud
- Nobody has time to look at the bill in detail: it gets paid, not managed.
- Resources were sized "generously" at the start, and never reviewed.
- Test environments run at night and on weekends.
- Reservations and savings plans aren't used, for lack of time to calibrate them.
- Logs and backups grow without anyone setting a retention.
A win-win offer: you only pay on the savings
Our fee is 20% of the annual savings achieved. No savings, no invoice. You keep 80% of the gains, with no risk, and the engagement is funded by the money it saves you.
| Illustrative example | Amount |
|---|---|
| Current cloud bill | €20,000 / month |
| Savings achieved (35%) | €7,000 / month, i.e. €84,000 / year |
| Our fees (20% of annual savings) | €16,800 |
| Your net gain in the first year | €67,200 |
How we measure the savings
At the start, we agree on a baseline together: consumption and costs before optimization. Each action is then measured on the bill, comparing cost before and cost after. No theoretical estimates: only savings visible on the bill count.
What's included
- Analysis of your bill and of your real cloud usage: not just what you pay, but what your resources actually consume.
- The quick wins, the fastest savings to capture.
- The full list of feasible optimizations, with for each action: its difficulty, the time to implement and the potential savings. Reservations and savings plans, rightsizing, auto Stop + Start on demand, cleaning, storage, logs…
- A final measurement pass, once the actions are done: what did each optimization really save? Our fees are calculated on this measured result.
How it works
- A first 30-minute conversation to understand your context.
- Read-only access to your billing and usage metrics.
- Analysis and a quantified action list: difficulty, time and potential savings for each one.
- Implementation by your teams or your provider, at your own pace.
- Final measurement of the real savings, directly on the bill.
