Paid on results for SMEs, day rate for large enterprises
The engagement pays for itself in less than 3 months of savings. In reality, FinOps costs you nothing.
Two ways to work together
For SMEs, an engagement paid on results. For large enterprises, a day-rate engagement, working closely with your teams. Either way, we combine FinOps expertise with AI-powered analysis and automation tools.
An engagement that pays for itself in less than 3 months of savings.
In reality, FinOps costs you nothing: it is funded by the money it saves you, and everything after that is pure gain.

What is FinOps?
FinOps (Cloud Financial Operations) is a discipline that brings finance, IT and engineering teams together to manage cloud spend. It rests on three phases defined by the FinOps Foundation: making costs visible (Inform), optimizing them (Optimize) and setting up lasting governance (Operate). The goal isn't to spend less at any cost, but to spend right.
What is GreenOps?
GreenOps applies the FinOps approach to the cloud's environmental footprint: measuring CO₂ emissions by application and business unit, then reducing those that come from unused or oversized resources. A deleted or stopped VM costs nothing and emits nothing. Reservations, on the other hand, lower the bill without reducing the physical footprint.
Why hire a FinOps consultant?
To understand and control your cloud costs, know your carbon footprint and make savings: about 35% of the bill on average when nothing is managed yet. For a large enterprise, that means millions of euros a year, and a FinOps engagement pays for itself very quickly.
How much can you save on an Azure or AWS bill?
Typically 15 to 35%, depending on the starting FinOps maturity. The main levers are Reserved Instances and savings plans (about 50% on prod VMs), automatic Stop with Start on demand (about 90% on non-prod and VDIs), rightsizing, storage tiering and log optimization (Log Analytics, Sentinel).
Can you help us build our cloud budget?
Yes. We estimate your future costs from your real consumption, your environments and the projects you tell us about (new applications, migrations, decommissioning), factoring in planned savings and price changes. You get a well-argued next-year budget by application, with scenarios, followed by a forecast tracked continuously.
Is the service we use the best fit?
We ask that question every time. An expensive managed service is sometimes oversized for actual usage: a lower SKU, another service, or a small tool built in a few days may be enough. We compare the options, development and maintenance costs included, before recommending.
How much does a FinOps engagement cost?
For SMEs, we are paid on results: 20% of the annual savings achieved, measured on the bill. No savings, no invoice. For large enterprises, the engagement is billed at a day rate, depending on scope. In practice, the engagement pays for itself in less than 3 months of savings: FinOps costs you nothing.
Do you need access to our environments?
Not to get started. Read-only (Reader) access to billing data and usage metrics is enough. Changes are then applied by your teams or your managed service provider, through the approval process you choose.
Is there a risk for production?
Every recommendation relies on cautious thresholds, for example CPU and RAM P95 below 50% over 30 days. It is first tested on a POC, and the impact is monitored right after implementation. Critical applications expecting a load peak are handled separately. Every piece of field feedback is then used to refine our recommendation rules.
When do the first savings show up?
In the first month for Reserved Instances, cleaning and storage tiering, which require no application change. Rightsizing and Stop/Start follow in the months after.
My teams don't see the point of optimizing. What can we do?
It's the most common blocker, especially when teams don't pay for what they consume. Two levers work: making costs visible and charged back to each application, and getting a clear mandate from leadership. We help you put both in place.
Do you only work on Azure and AWS?
Azure and AWS are our core platforms, but we adapt to any other cloud provider: Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, sovereign clouds or multi-cloud estates. We have already transposed our approach from Azure to AWS. The method (visibility, optimization, governance) stays the same; only the tools and pricing levers change.
What about AI costs?
Generative AI services can drive a bill up very quickly. We set up dedicated tracking and guardrails (budgets, alerting, quotas) to avoid nasty surprises.
